Standard marshaller training
Duration:
2 days, divided into
1 day of theoretical instruction
1 day of practice
Contents:
14 hours of lessons.
Lesson topics: emergency plan at workplace, working with third parties, hazards around the helicopter, working and behaviour near the helicopter, communication, hand signals, phraseology, radio communication, marshalling, personal safety equipment, flight obstacles, briefing and debriefing.
Basic laws and directives:
Legal prescriptions (EASA OPS, national regulations), marshaller syllabus
Work material:
Marshaller syllabus, flight operations equipment, crane, R44 helicopter (without aircraft movement), producers' documentation (photographs, copies)
Training locations:
- Donaueschingen airport (Germany, EU), HTC-Helicopter Training & Charter GmbH
- Airfield Alpnach (Switzerland, EU), Airwork & Heliseilerei GmbH
- Standard marshaller training courses (S) can also be performed "in-house".
Flexibility:
- The lesson contents can be modified according to the clients' specific needs and previous knowledge.
Employer information
- The course will be directed by a certified safety expert and FOCA representative and will be in compliance with the legal foundations (aviation law, labour law, occupational safety).
- Marshallers are trained by specialists with many years of practical experience in the field.
- We cannot relieve you of your responsibility, but we can build up a solid foundation for your in-house training.
- The training is based on the marshaller syllabus, as well as on essential publications on the topic.
Certificate:
- Participants will receive a course certificate and their attendance will be recorded in the marshaller syllabus training check (AK FH-SY).
