Target group:
- Marshallers or persons working as marshallers (pilots, mechanics, others), employees of rescue services, forest or construction enterprises, fire brigades, the police, etc.
- being healthy, in good physical shape and efficient
- being used to physical work in any atmospheric conditions and in any terrain
- to convey specific knowledge at an appropriate level, to stimulate the decision-making capacity and to lead the participants to put newly acquired know-how into practice.
- to teach marshallers to adopt basic safety rules and to implement adequate working techniques.
- to teach marshallers to behave safely, to employ work equipment appropriately and to assess dangers.
- to provide state-of-the-art training on the basis of an acknowledged rule of technology (Marshaller Syllabus).
